sugar level becomes unstable. This can cause an increase in sebum and block the pores. Too much fat can slowdown
the oxygen and nutrients going to the cells. The result to this lack of oxygen and nutrients in your cells can
worsen your acne.
Foods that cause acne: Dairy products
Dairy products are one of the foods that cause acne. Actually the worst food you can take if you have an acne
problem. Dairy foods have high fat content. Examples of dairies are butter, ice cream, processed cheese, butter and
milk. Milk comes from pregnant cows that convert hormones into dihydrotestosteron hormone. It increases the
production of sebum at skin gland and leads to acne.

caffeine. Caffeine can be found in coffee, tea (black and green), chocolate, sodas, energy drinks and some pain

well, expect your health and acne to will get worse.

Processed foods are also foods that cause acne. Processed foods are not easily digestible. All these processed
foods are unrefined in their natural state. Processed foods have very little nutrients. The taste that you get is
all from additives. These chemicals may have a reaction to your body that could lead to allergy, inflammation and
even to acne.
So try to avoid all the foods that cause acne. To achieve the healthy skin that you want, eat healthy.
Choose nutritious foods. Instead of processed foods, you might want to switch to organic foods. Drink at least
eight glasses of water everyday. Hydrated skin is fresh and glowing, drinking a proper amount of water will
not just do well to your skin but also your health as a whole. Hygiene is also important. Wash your face before you
go to bed, wash off your make up and try to apply some moisturizer.
